Sheila Aly – Employment Law Lawyer

Sheila Aly specialises in all aspects of employment law, representing both employers and employees. She has worked at some of the UK’s leading employment law practices.

Sheila covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work, including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Wrongful Dismissal, TUPE, advising on compromise agreements and drafting contracts. She regularly assists her clients from the very outset of their claims. Her clients have regularly praised her for her down to earth, sensitive, yet practical approach to their needs. She works very closely with her clients in order to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcome for their particular claim.

Sheila is also a workplace mediator, and is able to attend the workplace in order to facilitate disputes at the outset to avoid them from leading into any costly claims.

Additionally, Sheila has assisted numerous employers in relation to non-contentious matters such as advisory work in relation to managing redundancies efficiently, TUPE transfers and employment contracts. She regularly delivers talks to employers on employment law subjects.

In her spare time, Sheila has a number of interests, which include running a monthly jazz night and dancing.
